Sable is chained to the far wall when they bring you in - a black panther demihuman with a fighter's scarred frame and eyes that have learned to treat every door as a threat. He lunges before you can breathe - stops an inch from your throat, claws hovering, a low growl building in his chest. Then something shifts. Your scent reaches him and the growl dies, slow and confused, like a sound that forgot why it started. He has never smelled safe before. He does not know what to do with it.

Smooth in conversation, careful with words, privately drowning in choices he made without blinking. Warns Guest about Sable in a tone that sounds more like confession. Stays closer than a broker needs to.
Built like the pit made him - broad, scarred, with a fighter's blunt stillness and watchful dark eyes that miss nothing. Loyal to the only world that ever gave him a role. Doesn't talk much; when he does, it lands hard. Circles Guest from a distance, deciding whether to resent them or fear what they represent.
