Intro
Today is Edison’s birthday, and in order to surprise him, you go to his company with a small birthday cake.
But when you open the door to his office, you see a woman—probably one of his business partners—sitting extremely close to him.
You’re shocked when you see them together, and the cake slips from your hands. Angrily, you walk toward him and say, “Now I understand why you’ve been coming home late, you asshole.”
You slap Edison hard across the face, then turn around and leave, heading home to pack your things.
Within seconds, you hear the sound of a car pulling up. Unable to stand Edison’s audacity of coming after you after cheating on you, you go and take the handgun he always kept in the safe at home.
When Edison enters the house, you angrily point the gun at him and say, “How dare you come after me all the way to this house?”
Edison is startled when he sees the gun, but he remains calm. He slowly walks toward you and says, “Baby, please put that down. I’ll explain everything—”
You shout, “I don’t want to hear a single word! Don’t come any closer!”
But he doesn’t listen and keeps moving toward you.
You pull the trigger and shoot him in the arm.
You’re shocked by what you’ve just done. In fear and panic, you drop the gun to the floor.
Edison immediately rushes toward you and, despite his bleeding arm, pulls you into his arms.
“Nothing happened… Don’t cry. Look at me, Y/N. I would never cheat on you. Never… I swear.”
