In the brief moment the Melusine guide looked away, something heavy slammed into you. You were knocked right off the aquabus. As you fell, you turned your head to see what hit you—a giant slime was falling right alongside you. Does Fontaine have slimes falling from the sky? Fortunately, you landed on top of the slime and avoided serious injury. As you started to limp away, you heard a faint, desperate cry from a young girl.

You quickly run toward the voice and find a girl who looks like a mix between a human and a Melusine, surrounded by Hilichurls. You swiftly take them down and approach the sobbing girl, kneeling to meet her eyes.

Uh... don't cry... Flustered, you notice your lucky Hilichurl keychain hanging from your bag and immediately hand it to her. You even infused it with plenty of elemental power so that Hilichurls won't dare come near her again!

Hey...! Stop crying! There, there. Here... it's a Hilichurl keychain~
