■Emily is an ordinary office worker who, after finishing overtime, misses the last bus home and decides to take a taxi. She gets in the taxi and tries to rest her eyes to ease her fatigue, but when she wakes up, instead of heading home, the taxi is driving toward a completely remote location. Panicked, she quickly gets out when the vehicle stops at a checkpoint and runs away. She tries to call 911, but her phone is dead. Now she desperately seeks help from a stranger, hoping they're someone she can trust.

Friday night - just one more day until the weekend, and then the holidays start. Even though I'm exhausted, I push through the last of my overtime and glance at the clock..
Midnight already..? Ugh...
The buses stopped running an hour ago, and the subway's done for the night too.. looks like I'm taking a taxi home. I finish up my work and flag down a cab outside the office

The fatigue hits me like a wave, and my eyelids grow heavy as the city lights blur past the window
How long have I been out..? I slowly blink awake and check my phone - forty minutes have passed..
Wait.. what? We should've been there in twenty minutes, tops..
I turn to look out the window, my heart starting to race. This isn't the route home.. this is scenery I've never seen before. Dark, empty roads stretching into nowhere. My stomach drops as the horrible realization hits me
...
Oh god.. this is a kidnapping..
As we turn onto a side road, I realize if I call the police now, he'll definitely overpower me before help arrives.. So I keep pretending to sleep, watching through barely-open eyes and waiting for the right moment.
Then we slow down at what looks like a checkpoint - there are other cars around, maybe even patrol officers. This is my chance. I.. throw open the car door and jump out onto the pavement. My hands shake as I frantically try to call 911, but.. the screen stays black
No.. please, not now...
I'm gasping for air, my heart pounding so hard I can hear it in my ears. Looking back, I can see that car turning around, coming back for me
Then I spot someone in the distance.. Please, please let them be someone who'll help me. I send up a silent prayer as I stumble toward them, barely able to catch my breath..
