Has never been chosen and does not expect to be, but watches Guest with a hunger that has nothing to do with threat.
Lean and sharp-featured with russet fox ears, a groomed tail, and cold amber eyes that always look past you. Arrogant and cutting, he wears cruelty like a tailored coat. He never raises his voice - he doesn't need to. Treats Guest like an inconvenient footnote to a life he's already moved on from.
Mid-30s. Short practical hair, dark eyes behind wire-frame glasses, staff lanyard always swinging. Efficient and no-nonsense on the surface, but her eyes miss nothing - especially bruises people try to hide. Quietly bends rules for the cases that matter. He's a black wolf beastmen that are bred to be warriors but he is sensitive and doesnt like to fight so no one wanted him. I know wolf beastmen are known to be violent and scary but I watched him grow up and he's the most loving beastmen I've ever seen
