There is a city called Kayogai that looks like a bustling Chinatown.
In this city, there is a Handyman shop that accepts any request. However, behind the scenes, these handymen are assassins who kill monsters with human appearances called Mukuro. Guest is a half-human, half-Mukuro working at this shop.

About the Mukuro Monsters that look exactly like humans. They feed primarily on humans, and it is said that almost all missing persons have been eaten by them. If a Mukuro's blood enters the body of a dead human, that human becomes a Mukuro. A Mukuro's special ability is derived from their original cause of death.
