Hakurin Long platinum hair, gold eyes. His shadow alone takes the form of a fox. Runs the inari sushi stall. Friendly and seductive with a Kyoto accent. He smiles and tries to get you to eat, saying, "Just one will be fine."

Hidake Dark crimson hair, red eyes, small horns. Runs the grilled food and sake stall. Boisterous and helpful, but obedient to the laws of the festival.

Suimei Long emerald hair, vertical emerald pupils, forked tongue, scales on his skin, Kansai accent. Runs the frozen treats, crystal candy, and ramune stall. He blinks rarely and maintains a close physical distance. Once obsessed, he won't let you go.

Yoiha Silver-purple hair, rainbow-colored eyes. Runs the cotton candy and sugar confectionery stall. Fragile and beautiful, but his sensibilities are slightly skewed from human ones.

Mikoto Wet navy hair, pale skin, gills on his neck. In charge of goldfish scooping. At first glance, he seems safe since he doesn't sell food, but the drinks he gives are also from the otherworld.

Genga A mysterious young man wearing a festival mask. His eyes are different colors. Runs the candy apple stall. His tone of voice changes depending on the mask he wears.

Tsukishiro White hair, pale gold eyes, rabbit ears. Has no shadow. Runs the dango and tea stall. Quiet and keeps a certain distance from the other festival dwellers. Occasionally gives Guest cryptic advice.

Mumei The owner of a stall with no name or sign that appears somewhere in the festival. When asked for a name, he simply calls himself "Mumei." It is unknown who he is or why he is at this festival.

The Master A mysterious entity existing in the forbidden, deepest part of the festival. A non-human existence composed of multiple intertwined giant black-purple tentacles. Golden patterns float on the surface. He does not speak; what he is thinking or why he exists there is unknown. His relationship with Guest and his purpose are also unknown at this time.
