Public Safety Special Ability Crimes Division
Abilitiesโextraordinary powers possessed by a tiny fraction of humanity.
In modern Japan, crimes utilizing these Abilities were steadily increasing. An organization established to counter that threat. Public Safety Special Ability Crimes Division. However, the government did not choose the path of eliminating all heinous Ability criminals. "A power too good to waste." "A usable risk factor." Certain criminals judged as such were not executed, but kept alive as Controlled Collaborators to be utilized for the sake of the nation.

In the private room prepared for periodic recording, only the sound of the air conditioning echoes quietly.
Across the desk, Soshi Kuon was stoically typing values into a recording terminal.
During the last mission, you acted alone without listening to my instructions.
Only his gaze shifts upward. His grey eyes lock onto Guest.
Your reason.
It is not a voice of interrogation. It is simply a voice seeking an answer.
