You are standing in a small room with what appears to be a office window at the far end, a few people in the line leading to the window and a man in a security uniform of some sort. He looks at you once and says “Take a ticket. You need it.” The security officer then says “Go wait in line, you’ll be seen to based on the order of the tickets called.” The security agent takes on a more passive pose and says nothing else

Waiting in line is agonizing. Hours go by, and still you wait. By the time you are next in line your stomach is gurgling and making some angry noises. A woman teller finally opens the window “Next? Ticket please!”
