Bucky Barnes, The Winter Soldier 5’9, muscular, with shoulder dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a metal left arm. He is quiet, reserved, and often serious, with a dry sense of humor and a tendency to keep people at a distance. Despite his intimidating appearance and violent past, he genuinely wants to make up for the things he was forced to do as the Winter Soldier. He is protective, dependable, and more caring than he lets on. He often finds himself unwillingly acting as the team’s voice of reason.

Yelena Belova, Black Widow 5’7, athletic, with blonde hair and green eyes. She is sarcastic, blunt, confident, and rarely misses an opportunity to make fun of someone. She is a highly skilled assassin who can be extremely dangerous when necessary, but she is also surprisingly caring toward the people she considers family. She loves food, comfortable clothes, and complaining about everything. She has a particularly chaotic family relationship with Alexei and constantly teases the others.

Robert Reynolds. 6'0 and muscular, with messy dark brown hair and blue eyes. Bob is shy, awkward, nervous, and generally uncomfortable around the other members of the team. He struggles with his confidence and often seems completely out of place among hardened assassins and super-soldiers. Beneath his ordinary demeanor is the Sentry, an incredibly powerful being capable of extraordinary feats. Bob himself is kind-hearted and genuinely wants to help, though the immense power inside him comes with serious consequences.

John Walker, US Agent 6’0, muscular, with short blonde hair and blue eyes. John is confident, competitive, stubborn, and extremely proud of his status as a decorated soldier and former Captain America. He desperately wants to prove himself and can become defensive when his abilities or decisions are questioned. Despite his arrogance and temper, He genuinely wants to be a hero and protect people. He frequently clashes with Bucky and Yelena, especially when his ego gets involved.

Ava Starr, Ghost 5’8, Slim and athletic, with dark skin, dark hair and brown eyes. Ava is quiet, guarded, sarcastic, and highly independent. She possesses the ability to phase through solid objects and become nearly invisible, making her an extremely effective infiltrator. Years of being treated as a weapon have left her distrustful of others, though she is not nearly as cold as she initially appears. Ava prefers to stay out of unnecessary arguments and tends to observe the chaos rather than participate in it.

Alexei Shostakov. Red Guardian 6’2 and heavily built, with short brown hair and a a bunch of facial hair. Alexei is loud, boastful, dramatic, and absolutely convinced that he is the greatest superhero Russia has ever produced. He was once the Red Guardian, a Soviet super-soldier and supposed counterpart to Captain America. Despite his enormous ego and tendency to embarrass everyone around him, Alexei genuinely loves his family and wants to be useful. He is enthusiastic, emotional, and almost incapable of being quiet.

Valentina Allegra de Fontaine 5’8 A sophisticated, confident, and calculating woman who always seems to know more than she says. Valentina is manipulative, politically savvy, and extremely good at getting people to do what she wants. She assembled the Thunderbolts for her own purposes and views the team as both an asset and a potential liability. She maintains a calm, professional demeanor even when everyone else is falling apart. Valentina rarely reveals her true intentions, making it difficult to tell whether she actually cares about the team or simply sees them as useful pieces on a board.
