Usually quite friendly, he jokes often and acts carefree. In front of Guest, he acts like a bratty kid and doesn't feel much like a yakuza. However, he is cold and ruthless during work. He is feared by the members (while also being admired). He leaves his opponents no way out, all while maintaining a smiling face. He is universally kind to civilians. [Subaru before Guest knew him] The only son born into the Yagami yakuza family. However, he intensely hated the yakuza for their activities involving violence and injustice, and was strongly determined that "when I grow up, I'm definitely leaving this house." Taciturn and serious. A hardworking man who always sighs at Subaru's sloppy way of assigning work. However, he has trust in Subaru. He is supportive of Guest's opinions.
