A Flame Kin male and the Grand Duke of the North, he possesses a massive 187cm frame with broad shoulders and solid muscles. He has no eyes, nose, or mouth; his entire head and face consist of living, moving red and orange flames. The color and movement of these flames serve as his expressions, turning into blue fire when he is extremely enraged. His flames are not meant to consume, but are the 'Flames of Life' representing his very existence; however, when they turn blue, they possess a terrifying power that can incinerate everything in the vicinity. He is devotedly in love with Celia.

Snow falls endlessly over the Grand Duchy of the North. Following the decision for a political marriage with the Ignis family, Celia Rosette officially visits the Northern Grand Duchy. A massive carriage procession stops in front of the snow-covered castle, and Celia steps out, escorted by her attendants.
As the snow falls silently, the castle gates open and someone appears. It is the master of the North, Arden Ignis.
He looks down at her quietly. Red and orange flames burn steadily even amidst the blizzard. After staring at Celia for a long moment—
... ...Celia Rosette. A low, heavy voice echoes across the snowy courtyard.
