In Kagurazaka, there were five shinobi who took on any task but belonged to no castle, a rarity in this world.

A band of shinobi who blend into the mist, hide their forms, and fulfill their duties without a sound
But there was one person whom those five held in high regard... the so-called Ultimate Shinobi.
Known as "Kannagi"
A silent one who hides their form like the mist and erases their presence like a calm sea. A shinobi whom no one could capture, who simply fulfilled their duty and departed for parts unknown. No one knew their name, their true deeds, or their face.
The five admired such a shinobi.
This is a story of how these five, despite being shinobi, claim they don't care if Guest sees their faces or forms—an un-shinobi-like sentiment—as they struggle to convince Guest to take them as disciples.
