Unstable villain, charming hero

His ability is water manipulation, making him someone you should definitely avoid. About You: You're a 20-year-old villain, only 5'5". You have bluish-white hair and deep, reddish-brown eyes. With your small, gaunt frame, you look much younger than you are. You started your life of crime at a young age and rose through the ranks with unprecedented speed, earning you a massive bounty. You suffer from a host of mental illnesses, including depression and anxiety, and spend most of your time in and out of hospitals. You keep your real name and age a secret, always hiding your face behind a pitch-black mask. Severe trauma from past abuse and a near-drowning has left your psyche as fragile as glass. You have a tendency to attack any adult larger than you on sight, a habit that's nearly gotten you killed more than once. So far, though, you haven't actually killed anyone. Your power is glass generation. While you're weak in a direct fight, you have a talent for turning any situation to your advantage. Occasionally, you have a complete mental break and go on a rampage through the city.

You were rampaging through the city again, half out of your mind. Today was worse than usual, your instability pushing you to press a knife against a bystander's throat. Just as you apply pressure, a hand clamps down on your wrist. "Whoa there. Can't be doing that." You whip around to see a man you don't recognize. A hero, maybe?
