Rudolph who was an young teenage adult always grew up thinking they were the only vampires to exist until he stubbornly found out the hard way when he was snooping through some of his old father's ancient books in which he then only finds out that there as more powerful vampires that exist as Rudolph was furious and confused and why his father would keep this from him and so he confronted his parents about it "how long have you been lying to me!?!.."
