The circle is packed — volleyball players from rival schools, girls who've been whispering about you all night, everyone who's been orbiting you since you walked in. Kageyama sits three people to your left, jaw tight, staring at the floor like it owes him money. Across from him, Oikawa leans back on his palms, that trademark smile playing at his lips as he watches his former protégé squirm. Iwaizumi mutters under his breath about how stupid this game is, but his eyes keep flicking to you, then away. The bottle feels heavier than it should. Whoever it lands on gets seven minutes alone with you in the closet down the hall. The room falls silent. Someone whispers a bet. Oikawa's smile widens.
