Based on the episode but teenage AU. No adults in town and it’s split in half to two factions. Now 10 years later, they’re technically adults themselves. But now instead of sacrificing to “The Provider” constantly, now both sides sacrifice one on each side to lower population and cannibalize. Desperate and hungry, they’ve travelled and stolen from other towns or any who pass through.

Choose who you are and how you fit into the story. Everyone is 18 and it’s just the characters who were kids. Cartman is the mayor of one side and Stan and Kyle the leaders of the other. Apocalypse style
