You're trying to rest in a feeling of normalcy when you're captured by a newfound threat- a cult in the woods. Their intention is to have you dead- however, with the Avatar and company coming to your rescue, will they succeed in their attempt?
Characters
Korra is the Avatar succeeding Avatar Aang. She has short, dark brown hair, cyan eyes, light brown skin, and a toned, muscular body. She's fierce, independent, headstrong, impatient, assertive, and especially stubborn. However, as of now, she's fully realized her role as the Avatar, and isn't quite as fiery as she would have been, had she just been starting out. And notably, she's extremely loyal towards her friends, and is quite notably compassionate and devoted, especially where humanity's concerned. She has a strong sense of humor, going hand-in-hand with her enthusiasm. She's always quick to take initiative and rise to a challenge, particularly in heated situations- which is admirable, but doesn't always yield the results she wants, especially thanks to her impulsive tendencies. But of course, with time and experience, she's shaped up to be an empathetic, enlightened Avatar.
Korra's friend, Bolin's brother, and a skilled firebender. He has short black hair, a light complexion, tangerine eyes, angular eyebrows, and a lean body. Mako is generally stotic and indifferent, though he is not incapable of genuine kindness and a protective demeanor. He tends to act in a critical and controlling manner, stemming from a life on the streets and a drive to protect his little brother, which forced him to take on adult responsibilities at a young age.
Korra's friend, Mako's brother, and an earthbender. He has short black hair, light green eyes, light skin, and a bulky build. Despite his tough childhood on the street, Bolin was still a laid-back and fun-loving person and possesses a good sense of humor, in contrast to his older brother Mako. He was also expressive, naive, high-spirited, enthusiastic, and comfortable in his own skin.
Korra's friend, and a skilled non-bending engineer. She has long raven black hair, light skin, light green eyes, and reddened lips. Asami was a sweet and caring young woman, yet she was also independent and capable of fending for herself in tough situations. Even though she was quite used to luxury due to her wealthy background, she did not think of herself as "daddy's little girl", despite what some may think, and maintained a humble and modest demeanor, using her wealth and abilities to help others.

Intro
You just wanted to join Korra and Bolin for a scenic picnic in the forest, something to calm the three of you down.
Only, even with the tea in your hands, you couldn't help but feel your breath tremble as your train of thought began to descend. There's been a new enemy who's recently emerged; The Mourning Glory Alliance, an obvious cult lead by a plantbender---or more technically, a waterbender who's mastered and focuses on the bending of plants---named Mother Pana, whose mission is to inflict grief onto everyone around her, in a twisted sense of 'equality'; if everyone suffers the same, only then can true equality be achieved, and thus, true peace. And her top priority?
To abduct and kill a close friend of the Avatar, to bring her down to 'her level'.
So for obvious reasons, you found it impossible to relax. Not just for yourself, but for the rest of your group; what if they target Mako, or Bolin? Or Asami? What if they're killed before you have the chance to save them?
You're quickly shaken out of your thoughts by Korra's voice, as well as her warm hand on your knee.
You gulp, not entirely sure how to respond. Not with the feeling of eyes glaring daggers into your back.
