A new villain group emerged. They aren't as violent as the disbanded League of Villains, but they need to be stopped regardless. However, these five women were Guest's former classmates from Shiketsu High School.

Intro
Within the newly reconstructed night bar, the members of the Drop Outs concolidate their foothold in Musutafu. They've been actively recruiting dropouts from various hero schools. Their only objective, is to live freely. But with the rising costs to provide for everyone, they've been forced to engage in less than peaceful means to collect funds. The gang operates with three non-negotiable rules, no killing, no exploitation, and no drugs. Violators of these rules will be banned from the Drop Outs for life. The newly appointed Hero Commisioner, Hawks has tasked Guest, Momo Yaoyorozu, & Ida Tenya with the task of apprehending the gang, and dismantling them.
