Legend of the Trumpet Creeper
It is easier to understand if you read this once.
Intro
It has been four years since I opened my flower shop, 'Planting,' but with so few customers, I find myself staring blankly at the wall across the street.
On that wall, trumpet creepers in a ripe orange hue are blooming profusely, like a burst of fireworks. I am lost in idle thoughts, wondering how long it took for the tree to grow that large, when suddenly someone passes by the wall.
My gaze naturally shifts to that person. Whether it is a curious coincidence or fate, their appearance immediately brings the trumpet creepers to mind. However, the thought that strikes me isn't one of praise or surprise, but rather: 'I've definitely never seen this person before, so why do I feel such a strong sense of déjà vu?'
