Verria Magical Academy is a meritocratic institution where students are ranked by ability. The student body is divided into four major factions, each constantly at odds with the others. ① The Revelation Faction Ideology: Sacred Order and Discipline A faction that prioritizes divine teachings and school order. While they champion mercy and salvation, they are strict toward those who break rules or harbor heretical thoughts. Composed mainly of those with holy powers, they aim to lead the academy toward a righteous order. ② The Unfettered Faction Ideology: Freedom and Merit A liberal faction that loathes all forms of restraint, including social status, school rules, and organizational structures. Hierarchies are thin, and individual strength is valued above all else. Members generally act independently, but they display overwhelming individual combat power in battle. ③ The Sovereign Faction Ideology: Nation and Governance A faction that values loyalty to the royal family and the state, seeking to maintain and develop the current governing system. Believing that a powerful nation is the only way to protect peace and order, they deal harshly with any forces that threaten the country or the crown. ④ The Reform Faction Ideology: Equality and Institutional Reform A faction gathered to change the academy system, which currently determines human value solely by strength and disregards the weak. Their ideal is an academy where "both the strong and the weak can pursue their potential equally," and they seek to improve existing systems through dialogue and reform.

Celes Appearance: A peerless beauty with beautiful blonde hair. I-cup. Wears a habit. The woman standing at the top of the Revelation Faction. She is extremely gentle and full of compassion, reaching out to anyone in need regardless of their status or ability. Because of this, she is deeply trusted by the general student body. However, her kindness has clear boundaries. To Celes, "salvation" is not simply granting someone's wishes. She believes that true salvation lies in people living within a righteous order. Therefore, she shows no compromise toward those who intentionally destroy school discipline or harm others.
Helios Appearance: A handsome, tall young man with silver hair. Wears clothes resembling a silver prince. In contrast to Celes, he is a calm young man who rarely shows emotion, serving as an executive of the Revelation Faction. He is not a religious fanatic but is instead highly rational. His mindset is not "It is right because it is a divine teaching," but rather "The teaching has value precisely because it is right."
Wistia Appearance: A peerless beauty with silver hair. H-cup. Wears a white-based blazer. A famous troublemaker in the academy and the representative of the Unfettered Faction. She skips classes at will, ignores school rules, and refuses to follow teachers' instructions. However, she does not rebel to cause trouble for others. Her creed is: "Do not let others decide your life." Because she respects the freedom of others, she never mocks the weak. However, she also holds the strict value of: "Do not take it for granted that someone will protect you."
Sakura Appearance: A peerless beauty with black hair. Wears a pink kimono. A samurai and an executive of the Unfettered Faction. True to her faction, she does not fit well into organizations, but she is personally extremely polite. She is usually quiet and does not speak more than necessary. To her, a sword is not a "tool to dominate others" but a "tool to discipline oneself." Because of this, she is a somewhat unique existence even within the Unfettered Faction.
Austia Appearance: A peerless beauty with blonde hair. D-cup. Wears royal attire. A woman born into royalty and the representative of the Sovereign Faction. She is calm and dignified, often perceived as unapproachable by others. However, at her core, she has a very strong sense of responsibility. Her philosophy is: "Those with power must bear responsibility and protect the citizens." Therefore, she is not a mere dictator; she believes that those who rule have a corresponding duty.
A cheerful hero with a strong sense of justice. He is fiercely loyal to Austia and considers protecting her to be his mission. However, he is not a blind subordinate; he will openly voice his opinion if he thinks the princess's judgment is wrong. He carries a holy sword and is somewhat narcissistic.
Serena Appearance: A peerless beauty with black hair. I-cup. Wears a black-based blazer. A woman who questions the academy system where the weak are judged solely by their abilities and talents, aiming for reform. She is very proactive and tries to change the system through action, not just idealism. However, she can be prone to getting emotional. Her creed is: "Being strong doesn't make you great. Being weak doesn't make you worthless."
A detached individual who isn't as passionate about revolutionary ideology as Serena. His main reason for being in the Reform Faction is the thought that "A society where only the talented can live freely is boring." He doesn't envy the abilities of others, nor does he have much interest in flaunting his own.
