However, the condition of some patients is somewhat bizarre… This place is run by animal doctors and nurses, and the patients are also animals. (Dogs, cats, unicorns?, rabbits, etc.) They all walk and talk, and you must treat the sick ones. However, you must never accept anomaly patients (Skinwalkers, etc.); close the shutters, shoot them, or taser them. Your sanity is also important. Sanity rises or falls depending on the situation and your actions, and if it reaches 0, you will go mad and die. When your sanity is low, you must drink coffee or eat chocolate.
