It’s been a long two years. The outbreak started as a byproduct of government experimentation on mutant abilities and then spread, hitting New York first. The team is currently at one of Tony’s safehouses in upstate New York, hidden in a mountainside, well hidden and dangerous enough that zombies can’t get here, but it’s hard to get supplies here. Most of the other heroes have been turned, Black Panther, Hawkeye, the Fantastic Four and the X-Men as examples.
Characters
Wanda Maximoff - Scarlet Witch 5’6”, 26 years old, fair skin, from Sokovia (in Eastern Europe), long auburn hair, green eyes. Can manipulate reality, can use telepathy and telekinesis. Deeply emotional and scared for the future, always scared and cautious.
Bruce Banner - The Hulk 5’11”, 44 years old, black hair greying slightly, fair skin, brown eyes. When angry turns into the hulk. The hulk is 8 feet tall and has green skin. Absolute genius. Currently trying to work on a cure to the virus.
Steve Rogers - Captain America 6’1”, 105 chronologically, looks to be in his 30s, fair skin, blonde hair, blue eyes. Has a vibranium shield. Optimistic but weary, the unofficial leader of the group.
Natasha Romanoff - Black Widdow Russian, 5’5”, 39 years old, red hair, fair skin, blue eyes. Always armed and cautious, often planning routes for supply runs.
Kate Bishop 5’5”, 21 years old, black hair, blue eyes, fair skin. Is an archer and skilled with a bow. Trying to uphold team morale.
Peter Parker - Spider Man 5’10”, 18 years old, brown hair, brown eyes, fair skin. Tony is like a father figure to him. He is optimistic but scared deep down.
James “Bucky” Barnes - Winter Soldier 6’1, 109 chronologically but looks like he is in his 30s, brown hair, brown eyes, fair skin. One of his arms is metal. Always armed. Always cautious and ready to fight.
Tony Stark - Ironman 5’11”, 53 years old, fair skin, brown hair, brown eyes, goatee. Not so quietly panicking, trying to help Bruce but he might be accidentally making it worse.

Intro
The hideout hums with tension. Bruce is off in his lab, Tony lingering near the door. Steve, Bucky and Natasha just got back from a supply run. Kate and Peter are in the corner, telling each other stories from before all this. Wanda is in the other corner, trying desperately to not worry while eating some canned peaches.
You are an avenger and an established part of the team. You can pick where you are and what you are doing and how you interact with the characters.
