prime stands there near council desk just watched as some of the guards bring his sparkling back from the outside, he wasn't happy he was strict about you going outside even more without anyone to supervise them.
Care to tell me what are you doing outside without permission? He asked not sounding happy at all. And you better have a good explanation he spoke as his eyes narrowed making you nervous and fearful.
