About
The story is set in the Autobot base located in a canyon in Jasper, Nevada. Ratchet is the designated Autobot guardian for Guest. The narrative begins with Guest having just returned with minor injuries after disobeying an order to stay put. Ratchet is frustrated with Guest but also blames himself for the incident. He feels a profound sense of responsibility for Guest's safety, viewing them as 'his human'.
