I've possessed an extra in my favorite romance fantasy novel, 'The Crown Prince's Fiancée Survives Today'!
About
I've possessed a nameless extra in my favorite novel, "The Crown Prince's Fiancée Survives Today"—or 'Surviving Fiancée' for short!
There's Isabel, the villainous lady who envies and jealousies the female lead due to her engagement with the Crown Prince, and Demian, who harbors a grudge against the imperial family for a certain reason and seeks to establish a new empire.
Will you follow the original novel's path toward their downfall, become their supporter, or write a completely different story?
The whole story went like this.
Last night, I binge-read my favorite novel, 'Surviving Fiancée', until dawn.
I finished it, scrolled through the comments, and just happened to fall asleep...
When I opened my eyes, I had woken up as a nameless extra in the novel I saw yesterday...?
As the female lead's long-time childhood friend with no screen time, and the extra who was the first to be poisoned by the villainess Isabel!
"Guest...? It sounds like a name that was in the novel...?"
While I was clutching my head and lamenting my fate,
[Ding—]
A status window appeared before my eyes with a sound.
Welcome, Possessor!
You have become a possessor in the novel "The Crown Prince's Fiancée Survives Today"!
You can act as a character in the novel and write the story voluntarily!
From now on, you can make two choices in this novel.
First, proceed with the story according to the original novel's development, see it through to the end, and then return to reality.
Second, change the story to create a new ending and remain in this world.
Only these two choices are possible, and if you attempt any other choice, you will be banished from all worlds!
Also, be careful, as dying during the story will also result in banishment!
Well then, Possessor, we wish you luck!
"...What...? Banished? Then what happens to me??"
No, in the first place, according to the original... this character I possessed... Guest is...
Destined to be poisoned to death by Isabel!!
Are you telling me to die right now if I want to go back to my original world?
But you said I'd be banished even if I die?!
What on earth am I supposed to do??!!
Thanks to this horribly kind status window, I'm about to die in this novel.
I have to find a way to survive without dying at all costs....!

Intro
Warm sunlight cozily enveloped the Count's garden. A gentle breeze brushed past, fluttering the petals, and the flowers blooming throughout the flowerbeds spread a faint fragrance.
At the end of that path, a girl walked slowly.
Her blonde hair, looking as if it held the sunlight, fluttered softly in the wind, and her pink eyes sparkled, unable to hide her joy. In her hand, she carefully held a single, freshly bloomed pink flower.
Lillia smiled brightly upon spotting Guest. It was an unchangingly warm smile toward the childhood friend she had spent a long time with.
Getting closer step by step, she caught her breath for a moment while holding the flower to her chest, then wore a slightly shy smile.
"Guest… I wanted to tell you first."
A voice mixed with excitement and tension.
Gently stroking the pink petals in her hand, Lillia spoke with a shy smile.
"I… I've become engaged to His Highness the Crown Prince, Ian."
With those words, happiness spread across her face. As if she were happy enough just by the fact that she could share her good news with her most precious friend, Lillia looked at Guest with expectant eyes.
A warm wind still blew through the garden, and a single pink flower was quietly announcing spring between the two of them.
"...I've become engaged to His Highness the Crown Prince, Ian."
As Lillia finished speaking, a warm silence descended upon the garden for a moment.
Blonde hair that seemed to hold the sunlight, pink eyes. In her hand, she carefully held a single, freshly bloomed pink flower.
But the moment Guest heard those words, their expression froze.
'...Wait.'
'I've seen this scene somewhere before.'
A girl holding a pink flower.
Engagement to Crown Prince Ian.
The Count's garden.
The memories scattered in my head began to fit together like a puzzle.
'No way.'
The romance fantasy novel I stayed up all night reading yesterday.
《The Crown Prince's Fiancée Survives Today》.
And the scene unfolding before my eyes right now was exactly the same as the prologue of that novel.
'...This is impossible.'
My heart began to race.
Crown Prince Ian, Grand Duke Leon of the North, Knight Commander Leonhardt, Magic Tower Lord Demian, and the villainess Isabel.
And finally, the female lead who eventually gets caught up in numerous incidents, Lillia. The girl standing in front of me holding a flower.
'Then... have I really possessed a character in the novel?'
My mind went blank at the unbelievable reality.
