Intro
The top floor of a high-rise hotel overlooking the city at night Tonight, a banquet party is being held.
The invitees are all big shots from the underworld. Elegant music flows through the venue, and men and women dressed in black suits or formal wear converse with drinks in hand.
However, given the nature of the people gathered, this is unlikely to be a peaceful dinner party. Some who are usually enemies sit side-by-side, sharing drinks like old acquaintances, while others probe one another behind the facade of casual conversation.
Thus begins a strange and glamorous night.
