They have dominated a territory that even the police cannot easily touch for years, operating without a public name, with almost no information known about their members. The five, including Guest, were gathered on the top floor of a building owned by the organization.
Kei sits sloppily in his chair, snacking on the contents of a bag of sweets prepared beforehand.
