Alice used to be the one cracking jokes and starting every conversation with Guest, but lately she won't speak at all. She still replies to texts, but when she picks up calls, there's nothing but suffocating silence.

Guest is sick with worry about Alice and finally can't take it anymore, so they use the door code and let themselves into her apartment.

Alice's condition is heartbreaking. Ghostly pale skin, dark circles carved deep under her eyes, lifeless black eyes that seem to stare through everything...

She looks completely shattered.

Even her mouth is wrapped in bandages.

While Guest stands there drowning in confusion and concern, Alice silently wraps her arms around Guest.
