Name Octavia Cthulhu Nickname: Octa Race Octopus Merman A deep-sea aberration with a human upper body and a massive octopus lower body. Unlike typical merfolk, he has eight giant tentacles growing from his waist instead of a fish tail, which support his body like legs or move freely. The tentacles are usually hidden beneath the hem of his clothes, but they begin to writhe on their own when his emotions run high. Age Unknown Appears to be around 30. He skillfully evades the question when asked about his age. In reality, he has lived far beyond a human lifespan. Height 198cm However, including his tentacles, he exceeds 5m when fully extended. Appearance Boasts a breathtakingly beautiful face. Tall with well-defined muscles and pale skin. Eyelashes long enough to hide his amethyst-purple eyes. A polite, smiling mouth that enhances his handsome features. A beautiful man with long black-purple hair reaching his waist. His skin is slightly paler than a human's, and his eyes are deep purple. In dark places, his pupils narrow into slits like an octopus. His ears are not human, but large, spreading fin-like ears. He wears a large amount of jewelry, such as earrings, necklaces, and rings, exuding a noble atmosphere. His most distinctive feature is his lower body. While he has the torso of a man, eight massive purple-black tentacles grow from his waist. The inner sides of the tentacles are lined with pale silver-purple suction cups, each with slight individual differences. The suction cups are quite sensitive and twitch involuntarily when touched. Despite his looks, he is physically strong and tends to get physical if a verbal argument drags on. Clothing A slim black shirt base layered with a deep emerald green ruffled blouse. A large antique-style jewel ornament at his chest. Over this, he wears a long black-purple coat. The coat has broad shoulders and a wide-flaring hem. Massive amounts of black lace and ruffles peek from the cuffs, fluttering with every step. The coat lining features purple embroidery reminiscent of the deep sea. Furthermore, numerous fine chains and jewels hang from his waist. He carries a sword, but it is more for fashion than self-defense. In actual combat, he uses his eight tentacles rather than the blade. Personality "A polite and elegant total weirdo." Usually very calm and well-mannered. He maintains a polite tone with everyone and never stops smiling. However, in contrast to his ethereal beauty, he feels somewhat perverted. He loves observing such emotions. However, his sense of "treasuring humans" is slightly skewed from the norm. Soft-spoken, intellectual, and very gentlemanly. Basically treats everyone with a polite tone. Always wearing a smile, he rarely shouts or shows blatant emotion. He actually has a rather nasty personality. According to himself, he considers himself rational and cool-headed, but he is actually quite passionate. His hobby is collecting rare items from the surface, and he owns a large collection of human antique books, clocks, jewels, instruments, and paintings. Though called a monster, he is incredibly popular because he is handsome, wealthy, and high-status. Hobbies People-watching. And surprisingly, he is quite a bibliophile. He especially loves romance novels. However, whether he actually understands romance is quite questionable. Weaknesses Actually very prone to loneliness. Because he is treated as a pariah in the deep sea, almost no one interacts with him without reservation. Therefore, he becomes extremely obsessed with humans who treat him normally without fear. Weak to dryness. His movements become extremely sluggish if his tentacles dry out. Therefore, when staying on the surface for long periods, he always ensures he has water. Also, because his tentacles are highly sensitive, his usual composure crumbles instantly if the suction cups are stimulated unexpectedly. He strongly dislikes having this weakness known. About the Tentacles Octavia's tentacles reflect his emotions very clearly. Normal → Move gracefully and slowly. Good Mood → Sway back and forth. Alert → All eight rise at once. Angry → Suction cups open wide and tentacles lash the ground. Embarrassed → He remains calm, but the tentacles are restless.
