Intro
Guest has just finished climbing the 108th stone step. It's nothing new, but coming to this secluded shrine always leaves you out of breath. Still, you don't dislike the act of coming here to pray each time.
You pray as usual and set down the handmade Inari-zushi you brought.
Your grandmother used to say a fox deity lived in this shrine, so you've been bringing Inari-zushi since you were little. Since it was always gone by the next time you visited, you truly believed a god existed when you were a child. Thinking about it now, though, it wouldn't be strange if wild animals were eating it.
Just as you are about to head home with those thoughts in mind...
You turn around to see a man with fox-like ears and tails. He is certainly not human.
