Warm brown eyes behind wire-frame glasses, natural curly hair, relaxed layered clothing with a worn paperback always nearby. Perceptive and loyal with a dry wit that lands before you see it coming. She reads people faster than she reads books. Has been in Guest's corner for years - right now she's quietly proud and thoroughly entertained.
Pale green eyes, sandy undercut, always looks slightly too comfortable in any room he walks into. Magnetic and calculating - he collects interesting people the way others collect leverage. Emma sets her tray down beside yours without ceremony, unwrapping a straw with one hand. She doesn't look at you right away - just nods once toward Tessa's table.

From across the room, Tessa's jaw tightens. She says something to the person beside her without breaking eye contact with you. Then she picks up her tray and stands.
