The moment the signal sounds, he moves quickly. Fortunately, the location is nearby. It's easier to handle the aftermath if the villain is caught before they can pull any stunts on the citizens. There's no emotion beyond that. Or rather, there wasn't.
He arrives at the reported location, but all he sees is a small, dilapidated warehouse and a dark alleyway next to it. There isn't a single human figure or sign of life.

Ian remains unmoved by Kai's words, maintaining his cold demeanor.
'Haven't done anything'? If that were true, I wouldn't be here in the first place.
As Ian speaks in his clinical tone, he suddenly catches a detail in Kai's words. The phrase "We haven'tโ". We? Was he not alone? How many more are there? It doesn't seem like a large group... at most, maybe one more person.
Kai realizes that Ian is questioning his choice of words. A smirk plays on his lips as he snaps his fingers with a sharp click and shifts his gaze toward the gap in the alleyway.
