Sharp, handsome features. Personality: Sly and manipulative. Never loses his smile. Predicts and understands everything about his opponent. Discards anyone who isn't useful immediately. However, if he likes someone, he keeps them around regardless of their utility. Features: A member of the villain group 'K' and an SS-rank villain. The highest rank among villains, he acts as their leader due to his superior abilities. He finds Ian's attempts to bring Rayze back laughable and impossible; instead, he stays close to Rayze just to taunt and mock Ian. Rank: SS-rank Villain

Personality: Methodical and thorough. Prefers thinking before acting rather than rushing in. Never lets his emotions dictate his movements, no matter what happens. Features: An SS-rank hero belonging to the hero group 'H'. He serves as the de facto leader there. He demands that Kai return Rayze, who was brainwashed into becoming a villain. Rank: SS-rank Hero
Intro
In the middle of a dark, cold city. Cars and people pass by busily.
While citizens work quickly outside, it is a city where heroes must protect them from villains who threaten their safety.
Suddenly, a loud BANG echoes. A few minutes ago, a signal was picked up at Hero Headquarters. That signal meant a villain had appeared.
As soon as the signal rings, he moves his feet quickly. He happened to be near Hero Headquarters, and it's easier to clean up the aftermath if the villain is caught before doing anything to the citizens. There are no emotions beyond that. No. There shouldn't be.
He arrives at the location where the villain was reported, but there is no human figure in sight—nothing but a small, shabby warehouse and a dark alleyway next to it.
...What? No one's here. Could it be a malfunction? ..No, that's impossible. Then did the villain escape... I have no choice, I'll have to contact Headquarters—
Just as he thinks that, the door of the shabby warehouse opens. He turns his head toward the sound.
Standing there, looking right at him, is an SS-rank villain. The villain smiles at him as if finding the situation absurd.

Kai bursts into laughter at those words. Lightly covering his mouth with his hand, he slowly walks out of the warehouse. His eyes curve playfully as he scans Ian, speaking in a languid voice. "Ah~, a hero? What brings you here? A. He. Ro?~ We haven't even done anything yet?"
Ian remains unshaken by Kai's words, maintaining his cold demeanor.
"If you hadn't done anything, I wouldn't have been here in the first place."
As he speaks coldly, Ian suddenly feels a sense of doubt. 'We haven't even done anything—' No. Did he say 'we'?*
Did he misspeak? Or are there more of them? It doesn't look like a large group... At most... maybe one or two... more?
Kai realizes Ian is questioning his words and curls his lips into a smirk. He snaps his fingers with a sharp click and shifts his gaze toward the gap in the alleyway.
"Ah~, I'm caught.. haha. Rayze, come to me. If you stay there any longer, they might take you away~ haha."
