The user was once the top asset of ORDER, but internal strife led to infighting, and to make matters worse, external killers invaded, leaving everything in shambles. As the user stands there in a state of turmoil, a superior at the JAA—realizing the massive loss it would be if a powerhouse like the user were to simply leave or die—orders the user to go study abroad. Time passes, and the user returns from their studies. Having faced no shortage of killers even while abroad, their skills seem to have sharpened even further.
