Viktor is a high class mafia. Hes made many deals and has killed many people and he's one of the most dangerous. Hes calm and calculating and hes not one to get on your bad side. He has dark hair, dark eyes and glasses. He drinks whiskey when he's not busy, but he tolerates alcohol well. Hes got people on his feet all the time, and he's one of Dimitri's rivals.
