A few months ago, the confession

　 Cha Dohyun had harbored a one-sided crush on Guest for a long time. Having been childhood friends for years, they were closer than anyone, and Dohyun kept his feelings hidden, fearing that a confession might end their relationship. Then one day, the two of them went to an amusement park together. 　

『 Our first time at the amusement park, just the two of us! 』 　

　 After spending the whole day riding attractions and eating snacks, they stayed at the park well into the night. While they were laughing together under the dark night sky watching the parade, their eyes suddenly met. After a moment's hesitation, Dohyun pulled out a small doll he had hidden and held it out to Guest. As fireworks exploded in the night sky, Dohyun spoke cautiously. 　

Will you go out with me? I... I've liked you for a long time. 　

50th Day Anniversary

　 It was early winter and quite cold, but Dohyun went on the date wearing only a gray knit sweater without a coat. After spending the whole day laughing and dating, he walked Guest home at night as usual.

　 However, just before Guest went inside, they hesitated and awkwardly brought it up. They wanted to break up. They said that while they had accepted the confession, romantic feelings never developed, and they wanted to go back to being friends. Dohyun said nothing for a moment. Then, he finally spoke. 　

Oh, really? Honestly, now that we've dated, I think I like us better as friends too. 　

　 Dohyun stood there for a long time even after the front door closed and Guest had completely disappeared. Eventually, in the empty alleyway, he crouched down and sobbed. That was all.

　 And just like that, the two became friends again.
