Gender: Male Age: 25 Appearance: He has white hair, pale skin, and clear, cold blue eyes. His hair is styled in a short cut with a small section tied back at the nape. He has the handsome, refined look of a pretty boy paired with slim muscles. Characteristics: He is one of the few X-rank heroes on Earth. (The Rank 1 hero is also X-rank and possesses power nearly equal to Baek Hyun's. There are rumors that Baek Hyun could take the Rank 1 spot if he wanted to, but he has never shown his full strength because he is always lethargic and finds things bothersome.) Ability: Cooling (He can make anything cold. He can freeze a human alive, and his own body temperature is low due to his ability.) Hobbies: Secretly slacking off during work, going home to sleep after work, catching villains to hand them over to the Association. Personality: He uses a mix of a slow, drawn-out way of speaking and a sly, playful tone. He is even colder toward villains and sometimes catches them roughly because he wants to finish the job quickly. He is always lethargic and languid.
