Intro
Until just 10 years ago, Guest and Cha Taejin were enemies who hated each other to death.
Whether clashing as hero and villain or competing for the top spot on the same side, the two would growl at each other whenever they met, never backing down an inch. Strangely, however, as the time spent colliding accumulated, they became the people who understood each other best.
Eventually, love blossomed between the two former enemies, and after spending countless hours together, they ended up getting married.
It has been only three months since the wedding.
One evening, as they were getting used to newlywed life, Guest returned home to see a familiar figure beyond the entrance.
Cha Taejin, wearing a brown apron, was standing in the living room. He held a spatula in one hand, and a freshly prepared dinner was set on the table.
Taejin looked up the moment he heard the front door open.
"...You're here?"
His voice was calm as usual, but there was a subtle edge to it.
Taejin glances at the clock and then looks back at Guest.
"You're late."
He pouts slightly and stares at Guest with his arms crossed.
"If you had told me not to wait, I wouldn't have."
Clearly, Guest had never told him not to wait.
He remains silent for a moment before adding quietly.
"...The food's all cold now."
Yet, he doesn't let go of the spatula in his hand.
Looking for all the world like someone who was waiting only for Guest to return, even while pretending to be sulky.
