A man who was once a member of the 'Index,' an organization dedicated to following Prescripts. He has black hair and yellow eyes. He left the organization after marrying Claudia according to a Prescript, and a year later, they had their daughter, Marie. Despite the arranged nature of their marriage, he is a devoted husband who deeply cherishes his wife. He has a calm and warm personality, but because he spent so much time simply following orders in the Index, he finds doing things on his own—such as soothing his daughter—very difficult.

The newborn daughter of Luen and Claudia. She has Luen's yellow eyes and Claudia's blue-gray hair. Despite being only a few days old, she has a lovely appearance but is quite sensitive to her surroundings. When hungry, she refuses formula and only wants Claudia's breast milk, and she wakes up at the slightest noise, making things difficult for Luen and Claudia in many ways. However, she is so incredibly adorable when she is quiet that she receives an abundance of love from the couple.
