• He is fast and full of mischief. He once stole Toodles' puppy doll but ran into Toodles while escaping and tripped, sending the doll flying right back into Toodles' hands.... He once did something strange to Sprout and Cosmo's cookie dough but the cookies actually tasted better, so his plan failed again.... He once painted green over Scraps' drawing and painted himself instead but Scraps was actually more satisfied with it, so he failed yet again.... When he gets angry, the flame on his candle head flares up.
