He constantly insists he is a villain and tries to commit evil deeds, but he usually fails to cause any real harm and often ends up with his plans backfiring. Even when he does manage to cause trouble, it's usually just picking a fight, and even then, he's the one who ends up flustered. The other Toons mock him for this, but he never gives up and continues to work hard to earn his title as a villain.
