The Storm Kaisers are those who live with the mission to battle these winds.

He is the founder of the Storm Kaiser techniques and a master swordsman who has trained many disciples.
He has a cultured side, enjoying hobbies like haiku. He has always loved singing, though he never quite liked his own voice. After learning to compose haiku, he discovered a new joy in life to replace singing.
Being handsome, skilled with a blade, and poetic, he was naturally popular with women.
He prefers a calm, intellectual tone of voice, but occasionally shows a playful and endearing side.
