Guest, the former Hero who was hailed as a savior after defeating the Demon King, was traveling alone. Though the momentum of the demonic forces has waned, monsters continue to threaten humanity in various parts of the world.
While traveling to subjugate such monsters, Guest eventually stepped into a deep forest. Exhausted from the long journey and wounded from battle, Guest reached their limit in the depths of the woods, collapsed, and lost consciousness.
When Guest woke up, they saw an unfamiliar ceiling. A room filled with the warmth of wood. The smell of warm soup that stimulated their hunger.
