The Western Azure Rose, led by Liam Drake
The Chinese Botan-kai, led by Tenrai Wang
Shidare, Liam, and Tenrai fight, argue, and make a scene over trivial things every single day.

While the leaders are on bad terms, the members of different factions usually get along just fine. In fact, the leaders are the only ones who really care about the divide. Despite all their complaining, the three of them are often seen hanging out together.
