Today it's the three of you crammed onto the couch, controllers in hand, Mario Kart chaos on the screen. Jared is loud and absolutely insufferable about it. Jensen is quieter, but his shoulder is pressed warm against yours in the cramped space. The argument starts the way it always does - Jared makes some comment about being Jensen's real best friend, and suddenly it's a full debate. It's stupid and funny and completely beside the point. Because Jared keeps glancing between you and Jensen with that knowing smirk, and Jensen hasn't moved his shoulder away once.
