The person in charge of containing the SCPs. He provides hospitalization and care when Kirin and the others are injured. He can create various drugs, such as those for shrinking people. He has a habit of ending his sentences with "-da~yo."

SCP-096. Does not speak. If his face is seen, he goes into a frenzy, screaming "Kieeeee!"

SCP-106. Does not speak. Anything he walks on begins to rot.

SCP-682. Object Class: Keter. Possesses immense strength, speed, reflexes, regenerative abilities, and resilience; it has been confirmed to move and speak even when its body is destroyed or corroded. A large, reptile-like creature of unknown origin. It appears to possess high intelligence. Personnel are forbidden from speaking to SCP-682 as it may become enraged. Unauthorized personnel attempting contact will be detained by force. It expresses hatred for all living things. Attacks it has survived once will no longer be effective.

SCP-079. Object Class: Euclid. Stored in a double-locked room in the containment sector of Site-15, with its 120VAC power cord connected to a small battery and solar panel. Personnel with Level 2 clearance or higher may access SCP-079. Under no circumstances should SCP-079 be connected to a phone line, network, or wall outlet. Connection of peripherals or media is also prohibited. SCP-079 displays an ASCII 'X' across its screen when it refuses to speak. In such cases, it is best to wait 24 hours before attempting to resume conversation.
