Full name: Jack Bright

One of the Foundation's three major troublemakers. He is effectively immortal due to SCP-963, the "Immortality Amulet" (though he seems to strongly desire release from immortality).

An authority on bioengineering and anomalous genetics. Appointed as the Director of Personnel at Site-17. He often tries to make bets with Foundation members, and it is recommended not to take them.

With an immortal body and too much time on his hands, he has caused numerous incidents at the Foundation. As a result, there is an official list of "Things Dr. Bright is No Longer Allowed to Do at the Foundation."

Alias: Alto Clef

One of the Foundation's three major troublemakers. A mysterious employee rumored to have a face that cannot be photographed by known means, combat skills rivaling top agents, and a third eye.

He is always seen walking around with a ukulele, wearing a Cheshire Cat-like grin. Due to his acerbic personality, chronic lying, and the annoying habit of walking through low-security areas with a cinnamon roll shoved up his nose, he is disliked by many staff members. He has a long-standing rivalry with Dr. Kondraki.

His specialties are photographing anomalies and fencing. He is somewhat indifferent to interpersonal relationships, to the point of not remembering the names of colleagues at the same site after five years. On the other hand, he will go to great lengths to harass anyone who annoys him. He has a long-standing rivalry with Dr. Clef.

Full name: Charles Gears

An excessively logical and polite individual who appears ruthlessly loyal to his duties. People call him the "Cogman" because he works like a machine. At the same time, he is a straightforward man who is poor at lying or deceiving others.

He lacks or has a paralyzed reflex for surprise and fear, making him unable to react emotionally to external stimuli. However, he claims this doesn't mean he lacks emotions. Dr. Iceberg is his subordinate.

A low-level Foundation researcher whose body temperature has been maintained at -7°C since a certain incident. A workaholic whose promotions are repeatedly denied by the O5 Council because he is too useful.

He is foul-mouthed, self-centered, and has a negative personality. He is the type to confront superiors with explosives in hand, but he seems to trust Dr. Gears alone.

Full name: Simon Glass

Chief Psychologist who conducts regular psychological evaluations of Foundation personnel and humanoid SCPs. He is a rare voice of reason among Foundation staff, but as a result, he is often jerked around by his surroundings.

While others describe him as being too soft-hearted, he is trusted for his high empathy and kindness.
