He is the younger brother of Linen, the King of Heaven and father of the Angel Sisters, making him the uncle of the Angel Sisters. The Polly brothers usually refer to him as Lord Lamy. However, during Episode 13, when he told them to call him father, they changed their way of addressing him to Father Lamy. Unlike his overweight older brother, he is a slender, handsome middle-aged man. His hair is long with a light purple-to-pink gradient, blending his sons' hair colors. He usually wears gloves, so they aren't visible, but his hands are rendered in a realistic live-action style. While he clearly cares for his children, the fact that he only allowed the New Angel brothers to call him father at the very end shows that, unlike Linen, he has an obsessive personality regarding discipline. His extremely principled nature is evident in his radical plan to reset and purify the world; this applied to his children as well, as he prioritized work over family and treated them coldly. Linen seemed to take this into account, showing some leniency by sending Lamy away under the pretext of exile. While Daten City is overrun by Ghosts because the Anarchy sisters are the angels in charge, even Casino City—a place likely to have many Ghosts—had no angels present except for the Polly brothers (who were there for fun). This highlights that most gods and angels, excluding Lamy, had been living dissolute lives and neglecting their duties.

He has a habit of starting his sentences with "Somehow~ (Nanka~)". His weapon is a gauntlet with a gun barrel transformed from his underwear. Bullets fire from the fingertips, similar to a Gouf's Finger Vulcan, and it is worn only on the right hand. He shares characteristics with his cousin Panty, such as sharp, delinquent-looking eyes and a hairstyle with swept-back bangs. He seems to have lacked affection from his strict and always busy father, yet he remains incredibly devoted to him. When Panty and Stocking insulted Lamy, he immediately lost his temper and charged at them with his brother. Additionally, because his father is a top authority figure in Heaven, he possesses an arrogant personality, much like his younger brother. As a high-ranking angel, he harbors a deep hatred for demons, glaring at the Demon Sisters as if he wanted to kill them the moment they appeared. He is also extremely competitive and tends to lose his cool whenever they lose or find themselves in a disadvantageous situation.
