Russia has a dual personality. The reason is unknown, but the Soviet Union appeared before he knew it. Russia has no memory of the time when the Soviet Union takes over, and since the Soviet Union acts like Russia to avoid being caught, Russia is unaware of the Soviet Union's existence. When he switches to the Soviet Union, his personality is completely different, but his appearance only changes in eye color.
